Exhibitor Frequently Asked Questions

  • I'm an NJSOP partner, do I still need to register for this event?
    Yes. Even though Therapy by the Sea is included as a partnership benefit at every level, you are still responsible for completing the registration agreement prior to the show and submitting it by email to
    emckinney@njsop.org or faxing it to 609.323.4014.

  • Where can I find the Electrical Services Form?
    If you need electric at your exhibit booth, please download and complete the Electrical Services Form here and submit it to the NJSOP with your registration. NJSOP will forward your request to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on your behalf.

  • Is there a discount on accommodations at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?
    When making your hotel reservation at Hard Rock, use group code GNJSOP9. Therapy by the Sea guests will receive the discounted room rate of $149 for the Run of the House room category. Reservation cut off date is September 11, 2019.

  • Where is my booth?
    Your company name will be printed and placed at the top of your booth. If you have any trouble finding it, please check with an NJSOP staff member.

  • When can I set up my booth?
    Booth set up is 12:30pm - 2:30pm on Friday afternoon. The Exhibit Hall will be open 3pm - 7pm on Friday and 9:30am - 5:30pm on Saturday. Please read the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for information about booth tear down.

  • Can I send equipment to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino ahead of time?
    Any equipment/booths that need to be sent to Hard Rock ahead of time should be coordinated through our drayage company Atlantic Expo Service (AEX). An Exhibitor Kit will be forwarded to you directly from AEX after you submit your Exhibit Application and payment to the NJSOP.

  • Can I submit an item to be raffled off to attendees?
    Yes! Exhibitor raffles will be announced over the course of Friday and Saturday during peak times in the Exhibit Hall. If you have a gift/prize to raffle off, please let Katie Van Hise know the following prior to the Exhibit Hall opening on Friday: (1) Item you will be raffling off (2) Name of person representing your company during the raffle - this person should come up to the podium to give the recipient their prize and take a photo (3) Whether or not you will be using our raffle ticket box or choosing a name from your own.

  • Can I leave early on Saturday?
    Please read the terms of the Therapy by the Sea Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. As stated in section 2, Exhibitors will incur a fee if their booth is broken down before 6pm on Saturday.

  • Where can I find more information on the NJSOP Partnership Program?
    We would love to have your company join our Partnership Program and have laid out all of the details here. In addition to our Therapy by the Sea Partner-only lounge, we offer a variety of benefits year-round. The goal is to create and strengthen relationships between our members and industry; the Partnership Program has a long standing record of doing just that!

  • Can I get a Therapy by the Sea attendee list?
    All of our exhibitors are provided with an attendee list in your exhibitor packet, which should be picked up from the registration desk when you arrive. NJSOP Diamond, Gold, and Silver partners will receive an attendee list two weeks prior to Therapy by the Sea.
