Employment lead to ownership

Immediate opening 32hr per week, weekday only, opportunity for Doctor of Optometry to join a general practice that is mostly medical/ geriatric. My office is a single doctor office and I am immediately going on sabbatical for 6 to 12 months. Position can lead to ownership within 4 years. Offering minimum of 20 hours at my return.
